How pay per head works.

What is pay per head?

Pay per head, also called price per head or PPH, is a weekly service model for bookies and agents. Instead of buying or building a sportsbook, you pay a provider a flat rate for each player who bets that week, and the provider runs the software behind your book.

How does pay per head work?

Lines go up, your players bet on their phones, and bets grade themselves when games end. You manage limits and risk from the agent dashboard. At the end of the week you are billed only for the players who had action, so a quiet week costs you less.

Does PrimeTime take bets or hold player money?

No. PrimeTime is the software provider. You keep your players and handle money with them directly. We run the platform and support underneath.

What does the software include?

The full sportsbook, the digital casino, the agent dashboard, and 24/7 bilingual support, all in the core rate. Live betting, live dealer casino, and the prop builder are optional add-ons.

What is the difference between pay per head and building my own sportsbook?

Building your own means paying for development, odds feeds, grading, and staff before you take a single bet. Pay per head rents all of that for a weekly per-player rate, so your cost tracks how many players actually play.

Pricing & billing

The $7 rate, explained.

How much does pay per head cost at PrimeTime?

The core rate is $7 per active player, per week. That covers the full sportsbook and the digital casino, plus the agent dashboard and bilingual support.

What counts as an active player?

An active player is any player who had action that week. If a player sits the week out, there is no charge for that player.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee to clear and no separate modules to switch on before you can take a bet.

Is the casino included or extra?

Included. The sportsbook and the digital casino are both in the $7 core rate and run on the same player login.

What costs extra?

The three add-ons: live in-play betting, live dealer casino, and the prop builder. Each is optional and quoted to your volume rather than sold at a flat rate.

How are add-ons priced?

Live betting, live casino and prop builder are optional and priced to your volume. We'll give you exact numbers on your demo based on your book.

Setup & switching

Getting started and moving over.

How do I get started with PrimeTime?

Request a demo. A rep walks you through the real platform, maps pricing to your book, and if it fits, sets up your account. There is no obligation on the demo.

Can I switch from my current provider?

Yes. Migration is one of the most common things we handle, and your rep helps move your players over so you're not starting from zero.

Do my players need to download an app?

No. The sportsbook and casino run mobile-first in the browser, so players open your book from a link with no app-store download.

What happens after I request a demo?

Someone from the team reaches out, usually the same day, to schedule a short walkthrough. You see the sportsbook, the casino, and the agent dashboard live, with numbers based on your player count.

The product

Sportsbook, casino, and add-ons.

Which sports and leagues are covered?

Lines run across the major North American leagues, including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and college football and basketball, plus soccer and other major sports. If your players bet it, it's most likely there.

Do bets settle automatically?

Yes. When a game finishes, bets grade and pay out on their own, so you're not settling tickets by hand or arguing over results.

Can I set limits per player?

Yes. You set max bets and risk limits per player and per game from the agent dashboard, and casino win and loss limits work the same way. Adjust them whenever you want.

What casino games are included?

The core casino includes slots, table games like blackjack, roulette and baccarat, and video poker. Players reach all of it from the same login they use for the sportsbook.

What add-ons does PrimeTime offer?

Three: live in-play betting, live dealer casino, and the prop builder. Each is optional and sits on top of the $7 core sportsbook and digital casino.

Can I add or remove an add-on later?

Yes. Add-ons can be switched on when your players are ready for them and revisited later. Talk to your rep about timing and how it changes your weekly quote.

Support

The desk behind your book.

What are the support hours?

The desk runs 24/7, including nights, weekends, and every game day. Support follows the betting calendar rather than office hours.

Is support really bilingual?

Yes. Every rep is a native English and Spanish speaker, so you and your players get real conversations, not translated scripts.

How fast do you respond?

Most agents hear back in about 10 to 15 minutes by phone, chat, or email. You'll be working with people who know your account, not a queue.

Do my players get support too, or just me?

Both. Players reach the desk directly for logins, bet slips, and grading questions, in English or Spanish, so player problems stop routing through you.
