PrimeTime PPH provides business-to-business software and support to independent agents and operators. We do not accept wagers, operate a sportsbook, or hold player funds.

Operator responsibility

Each independent operator is responsible for its own players, funds, promotions, customer communications, age controls, and compliance with the laws and requirements that apply in its jurisdiction.

Lawful and responsible use

Services should only be used where permitted and by people who meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements. Operators should seek qualified local legal advice before offering any wagering-related activity.

Support and escalation

If you are an operator using PrimeTime PPH and have a platform or account concern, contact your assigned support channel or call 1.800.427.0073. If you are a player with a concern about an independent operator, contact that operator directly; PrimeTime PPH does not manage player accounts or funds.
